The property boasts spacious outdoor areas, each carefully equipped to offer moments of relaxation and the restoration of tranquility. As soon as you pass through the white gate from the main road, the striking panorama will capture your attention: a breathtaking view of the Isola dei Galli and the Faraglioni of Capri, with the beautiful yellow and blue dome of Praiano completing the picture. The sound of bells adds a nostalgic touch, transporting you back in time.

Heading down the first stairs on the right, you will find a spacious XXL hot tub with a sunbathing area, chairs, towels, and cushions, along with an outdoor shower. Continuing through the small lemon and orange garden, you will reach the outdoor fitness area, complete with all the equipment for your workout.

Moving on to the main terrace, you will find both the main entrance to the house and direct access to the stairs leading to the town center. Additionally, there is another small path leading to the garden below, equipped with an outdoor double bed for sunbathing, two swings, and a table with chairs for moments of relaxation.

Upon entering the house, you will be greeted by a bright living room luxuriously furnished with imposing crystal chandeliers. Every detail is carefully curated, and Mediterranean furnishings bring freshness and color, immersing you immediately in a relaxing atmosphere. The entrance to the spacious Azzurra Room, also known as the master bedroom, is also located in the living room. This room is the only one equipped with both a bathtub and a shower, providing a double bed and a large wardrobe with a safe, slippers, and beach bags. In the bathroom, the towels, bathrobes, and toiletries are made of the finest cotton and highest quality. The balcony of the Azzurra Room offers direct access to the main terrace.

Exiting the Azzurra Room and descending the stairs, you will reach two more rooms located on the lower floor, where the garden is also located. The Green Room and the Blue Room both have a shower, a double bed, and wardrobes. While the Green Room has access to the garden via a balcony, the Blue Room enjoys a window with an equally spectacular view.
